Brandon Boulware joined Rouse Hendricks German May PC in 2005. Mr. Boulware is a 2002 graduate (magna cum laude) of the American University Washington College of Law where he was Notes & Comments Editor for the American University International Law Review and received his undergraduate degree in History and English from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1999. Mr. Boulware is a former Judicial Clerk to Chief Justice Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Missouri (2002-2003) and a former Judicial Clerk to Chief Judge Dean Whipple of the United States District Court of the Western District of Missouri (2003-2005).
