Our attorneys represent individuals and businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants in the prosecution and defense of antitrust claims in federal and state courts throughout the United States.  The firm also defends clients accused of criminal antitrust violations in all phases of grand jury investigations as well as trials, sentencing and appeals.  We also assist business clients by conducting internal corporate investigations.
