2. Represented former CEO of public banking company in connection with internal investigation, SEC proceeding, Federal Reserve proceeding, and federal grand jury investigation, involving allegations of misappropriation, false records, bank fraud and money laundering.
3. Represented brokerage firm for secondary market wholesale company in connection with federal grand jury investigation of counterfeit pharmaceutical products, related consumer class action litigation, and related trademark infringement litigation.
4. Represented large public works contractor firm in federal grand jury investigation involving price-fixing allegations and other charges of anti-competitive conduct.
5. Represented, over many years, a number of different physicians and practice groups in many different federal grand jury and HHS/OIG investigations of health care fraud and abuse.
6. Represented real estate developer in connection with federal grand jury and “Strike Force” investigation into public corruption charges involving local elected officials.
7. Represented import-export company and its owner in connection with federal grand jury investigation into alleged bank fraud.
